摘 要 ：以大麦（Ｈｏｒｄｅｕｍ ｖｕｌｇａｒｅ）根尖分生细胞为实验材料，采用免疫荧光标记技术证明了大麦细胞骨架及染色骨架中存在骨动蛋白；并进一步采用免疫电镜技术在原位水平探讨了肌动蛋白在细胞核及染色体中的分布规律。还对肌动蛋白在细胞核及染色体中的功能进行了讨论。
