摘 要 ：以我国培育的陆地棉载品种为主，研究了农杆菌介导遗传转化过程中外植体材料、菌液浓度、感染时间、抗菌素等对论效率的影响以及愈伤组织的诱导分化过程，明确了影响睦棉遗传转化的外界条件。
