摘 要 ：豌豆花ＤＮＡ直接导入小麦体可诱导小麦种子蛋白质组分发生明显的变化，小麦种子蛋白质和总氨基酸含量都比对照增高２０％。这些变异性状能稳定遗传给后代。因此直接导入豌豆花ＤＮＡ技术可以为小麦品质改良和分子育种研究提供一条新途径。
