摘 要 ：从软枣猕猴桃试管苗茎段和叶片诱导出愈伤组织并得到再生植株。茎段外植体容易愈伤化，但其愈伤组织难以分化，叶片外植体不易愈伤化，但其愈伤组织容易分化。ＭＳ培养基分别附加ＢＡＰ、Ｋｉｎ、ＴＤＺ或ＣＰＰＵ都不能诱导芽的分化，而ＭＳ附加玉米素能有效地诱导芽分化，其中以２．０ｍｇ／Ｌ玉米素效果最好。
