摘 要 ：应用透射电镜和扫描电镜分别研究油菜游离小了包子培养后细胞的超微结构和胚状体的形态。单核晚期小孢子经培养后，具有胚状体发生能力的细胞中央液泡消失，积累淀粉，含丰富细胞器。
