摘 要 ：－０．９ＭＰａ甘露醇渗透胁迫处理，明显抑制绿豆幼苗下胚轴延伸生长和生长部位Ｈ＾＋分泌，而且随胁迫时间延长抑制程度增大。ＰＭＨ＾＋－ＡＴＰａｓｅ活性在渗透胁迫下先下降而后升高并超过对照水平。
