摘 要 ：黄连属植物根茎中小檗碱的组织化学研究以往都采用新鲜材料切片。试验应用碘化汞钾处理黄连根茎，使其中小檗碱沉淀后，石蜡法制片。观察结果表明，黄连根茎中小檗碱主要分布在皮层，髓和髓射线薄壁组织细胞内，木化细胞的细胞壁中也有小檗碱。根茎的基部小檗碱含量少，中部和分枝内较多；节部比节间含量多。在不同年生根茎中，二年生苗根茎的一些细胞内小檗碱开始积累，以后逐年增加，至第六年达小檗碱积累高峰，以后根茎内小檗碱含
