摘 要 ：金盏菊种子萌发过程中凡下胚轴生长较快、伸长较长的个体均形成壮苗。下胚轴大部分区段同时具有根、茎初生结构的特征。过渡区位于下胚轴上部。子叶迹与上胚轴维管组织雏形在子叶节区发生分离。
