days(d).TheproportionsofDMofryegrassinthegeesedietsforthedifferentgroupswere0.00%
(CK),5.42%,11.92%,19.52%and27.24%,withrespecttoGroupI,II,IIIandIV.Theresults
showedthattheALAcontentofthegoosemeatincreasedsignificantlywithincreasingryegrassproportion
indiets.TheincreasesofALAcontentsinthegoosemeatrangedfrom86.90% (GroupI),197.24%
(GroupII),393.10% (GroupIII)and304.83% (GroupIV)(犘<0.05)comparedwiththeCKGroup.
Polyunsaturatedfattyacids/saturatedfattyacids(PUFA/SFA)obviouslyincreased,whilen6PUFA/n3
PUFAcontentdecreased(犘<0.05).RegressioncurvebetweentheALAcontentofgoosemeatandthe
ryegrasscomponentofdietswasaquadraticequation.TheDMcomponentsofryegrassinthediets
rangedfrom0%to26.50%,ALAcontentofthegoosemeatshowedincreasingtendency.However,ALA
contentofthegoosemeatshoweddecreasingtendencywhentheryegrasscomponentsofthedietexceeded
26.50%.Inconclusion,therecommendedmaximumryegrasscomponentingoosefeeddietis26.50%.
TheseresultsindicatethattheALAcontentofryegrasscanbeincorporatedintogoosemeatbymetabo
lismprocesses.
