摘 要 ：从B₅和NN-69培养基（含1mg/L 2,4-D）上分别选出美味猕猴桃子叶愈伤组织系A₁₁B₂和A₁₆N₁。在B₅原生质体培养基中,A₁₁B₂的原生质体再生细胞形成小细胞团;在NN-69原生质体培养基中,A₁₆N₁的原生质体再生细胞能持续分裂形成愈伤组织。经过分步诱导再生,获得A₁₆N₁原生质体再生植株。

Abstract:Callus lines of A₁₁B₂ and A₁₆N₁ were selected from cotyledon cultures on B₅ and NN-69 media containing 1mg/L 2,4-D, respectively. When protoplasts isolated from callus line A₁₁B₂ were cultured on the modified B₅ medium, cell division was arrested at the stage of cell clusters. However, when protoplasts isolated from callus line A₁₆N₁ were cultured on the modified NN-69 medium, they had divided to form cell groups, then developed into callus, from which plants were regenerated by the method of the stepwise induction of organgenesis.
