摘 要 ：作者搜集了在中国分布的莲子草属(Alternanthera)4种药用植物的花粉,运用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对其花粉形态进行了详细的观察和比较,为该属植物积累了孢粉学资料,并为莲子草类药材的鉴别提供了科学依据。

Abstract:The pollen morphology of 4 species of the genus Alternanthera from China was examined under light and scanning electron microscope. The results show that pollen grains are spheroidal or subspheroidal, apolar, 10—20μm in diameter and with pantoporate aperture; the vestibulum can be circular, elliptic or other shapes; there are some significant differences between Alternanthera philoxeroides and the other 3 species. According to the characters of surface spinulate, granulate of aperture, the density and distribution of spinule, the genus Alternanthera may be classified.
