摘 要 ：研究了继代11年的籼稻单倍体(Hu18)后代的性状遗传及细胞学、 分子生物学的变化， 结果指出： (1) Hu18培养物具有单倍体易加倍， 绿苗分化率高， 个体均匀， 增殖快等生物学特性； (2) Hu18再生后代在数量性状和质量性状上都发生较大变异， 其中以生殖生长变化最大， 包括结实率降低、 千粒重变轻、 植株矮化、 生育期缩短等

Abstract:The inheritance of the agricultural characters and the variation of the cytology and molecular biology properties of Hu18, a haploid indica progeny subcultured for 11 years were studied.
