摘 要 ：为了进一步证实P6-9紫茎性状与可育性状的连锁关系，本试验选用S45A×自1968的BC1F1群体，利用BSA分析法，筛选到两个与可育基因Ms1连锁的RAPD片段：UBCl58.580和UBC187.880。通过对可育株群体的分析，证明了P6-9紫茎基因Pur与Ms1基因以及UBC158.580和UBC187.880位于同一连锁群上；对不育株分析得出其在同一连锁群上的精确位
