摘 要 ：用浸胚法将玉米核DNA导入小麦，从转化后的D2代和D3代10多种变异中筛选出矮秆(株高55cm)优质(籽粒蛋白质含量比对照提高2%、赖氨酸含量提高0.05%)和早熟〔比对照早熟5-8天)两个新品系，并能稳定遗传。经对供体、受体和转化后代进行RAPD和POD同工酶分析，证明供体DNA片段已进人受体并导致DNA重组，使后代基因组发生了变异。
