摘 要 ：本文对双向电泳技术作了一些改进,应用于水稻种子胚乳及胚蛋白的组分分析,获得了较清晰而稳定的结果。水稻(Oryza sativa.L)品种珍汕97的胚乳蛋白可分析出约100种成分,而胚蛋白可分析出约550种成分,检测灵敏度为0.2μg 蛋白质/mm~2。通过对这些实验条件的比较,表明该技术对水稻等作物种子蛋白的分析是一种行之有效的方法。
