摘 要 ：用水培的方法研究了水稻各生育期加硫或缺硫对生长、呼吸、酶活性的影响,结果证明水稻缺硫可以引起苗期根系不正常的伸长,生育后期叶部发生褐色斑点,延迟抽穗开花期。不同生育期缺硫时,以分叶期缺硫的影响最大。水稻苗期缺硫可使呼吸作用降低,细胞色素氧化酶在一段时期内增高,而抗坏血酸氧化酶活性则降低。
