摘 要 ：通过石蜡切片结合光学解剖镜观察分析,发现青海省小油菜(Brassica campestris L.)花芽花器分化为向心分化顺序。即按花芽原基、花萼、花瓣原基、雄蕊及心皮的先后顺序依次进行分化。根据这个顺序及花芽分化的其它特性,将花芽分化过程划分为八个时期:1.花芽分化准备期;2.花芽原基形成期;3.花萼形成期;4.花瓣原基形成期;5.雄蕊
