A STUDY ON ESTERASE ISOZYMES IN THE WILD RICE OF GUANGXI

广西野生稻酯酶同工酶研究报告


本研究采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法测定了广西普通野生稻(Oryza sativaL.f.spontanea Rosche V.)、药用野生稻(O.officinalis Wall et Watt)和栽培稻(O.sativa L.)等共848份资源的干种子胚,获得了酯酶同工酶酶谱类型41个。试验结果表明:(1)本研究测定的3个稻种都有1、7A 正极酶谱带,普通野生稻和栽培稻都有1、4、7A 正极酶带,大多数普通野生稻还持有2A 正极酶带。(2)不同稻种间有各自不同的酶谱类型。广西普通野生稻酶谱类型十分丰富(355份样本出现29个类型),其中以具有1、2、4、7A 类型占优势(占54.1%)地理分布广。药用野生稻酶谱类型较贫乏(87份样本仅有2个类型),其中以具有1、5、7A 类型占优势(占79.3%)。(3)普通野生稻不同形态特征的分类和酯酶同工酶酶谱类型有密切关系。(4)小生境近稻田的普通野生稻较远离稻田的酶谱类型复杂。本文还结合试验结果提出问题进行探讨,并指出了广西普通野生稻在稻种起源中的地位。

Eight hundred and forty-eight samples of dry seed embryoes of Oryzasativa L.f.spontanea Roschev.,Oryza officinalis Wall et Watt and Oryza sativa L.(native species)collected from various parts of Guang-xi were analysed with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method.41zymogram types of esterase isozyme patterns were obtained.The resultsobtained were as follows:1.Of the three rice species analysed in this work,found two enzymebands 1A and 7A.Both O.sativa L.f.spontanea and O.sativa L.showed three enzyme bands 1...
