摘 要 ：对甘蔗叶片衰老与膜脂过氧化关系进行的研究表明,在甘蔗叶片衰老过程中,伴随着膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量的急剧上升,质膜透性迅速增大;膜脂过氧化防御酶超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性和抗氧化物质抗坏血酸、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)等含量显著下降;组织自动氧化速率明显增大。可以认为,膜脂过氧化是甘蔗叶片衰老的重要原因之一。
