摘 要 ：本文是分析比较同核异质的水稻雄性不育系“红莲—华矮15”和“野败—华矮15”的花粉和花药发育过程中的细胞形态学表现。实验结果表明:同为水稻华矮15的细胞核,经过核代换而转育到不同类型的细胞质中,虽经过多代的回交和培育,但二者在花粉和花药发育过程中,细胞形态学上的表现是存在差异的。
