摘 要 ：对4个大豆品种及其杂种F2代在无盐及盐胁迫条件下萌发的胚根超氧物歧化酶（SOD）进行分析。其结果，无盐胁迫时大豆SOD有7条酶带，随萌发天数的增加酶活性降低，酶带从C3开始消失，以后C2和C1带消失；在盐胁迫条件下，诱发产生6条新的酶带，即d组的d1、d2和d3带，e组的e1、e2和e3带，产生出多种酶谱。相对于产生正常的7条酶带
