摘 要 ：用甲酯化—气相色谱法测定了我国20个省(区)608份玉米品种籽粒的脂肪酸含量。统计结果表明:我国玉米6种主要脂肪酸的含量平均亚油酸为46.67%,油酸为34.18%,棕榈酸为15.02%,硬脂酸为2.25%,亚蔴酸为1.31%,花生酸为0.33%。不饱和脂肪酸之和为82.16%。用聚类分析法对脂肪酸含量以省(区)为单位作分区统计,统计结果表明:我国玉米亚
