摘 要 ：收集国内外水稻品种466个,在苗期进行酯酶同工酶分析,获得11种酶谱类型。从地理分布来分析,东南亚、印度、我国云南、两广品种酯酶同工酶类型丰富;长江流域、日本品种酯酶同工酶类型较少。从水稻品种的起源、演变分析,普通野生稻酯酶同工酶类型最多,籼稻次之,粳稻的酶谱较少。研究表明,酯酶同工酶与品种的亲缘有着密切关系。
