Abstract:The chemical components of the leaf essential oil from Cinnamomum platyphyllum (Diels) Allen were analyzed by GC--MS--DS technique, the liner temperature programmed retention index, and authentic sample superimposition. Fifty-eight of two hundred fifty components, which make up 97.27% of the total oil, isolated by the capillary gas chromatography, were identified.The major components are camphor (28.57%) etc.
