摘 要 ：从云南省中甸县朗都雪山产的朗都当归(Angelica sp．)的挥发油中，经GC/MS方法共检出了92个成分，鉴定了其中的42个，占挥发油总量的96.83%。其中，藁本内酯(ligustilide）(73.98%)和顺式-β-罗勒烯(cis-β-ocimene)(12.18%)是其挥发油的主要成分。此外，还从非挥发部分分离鉴定了木焦油酸(lignoceric acid)(1)，β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)(2)，伞形花内酯(umbelliferone)(3)和蔗糖(sucrose) (4)。

Abstract:The essential oil of the "Lang-Du Dang-Gui" (Angelica sp.) from the Lang-Du Mountain (Yunnan Province) has been analysed qualitatively and quantitatively by means of capillary GC/MS/DS on the Finnigan-4510, and forty-two constituents, which made up 96.83 of the total oil, have been identified. Ligustilide (73.98) and cis-P-ocimene (12.18) were the principal components of the essential oil. In addition, four known compounds that are lignoceric acid (1 ), P-sitosteroK 2 ), umbelli-ferone(3), and sucrose (4) have been isolated from the non-volatile part of the same sample.
