摘 要 ：长前胡（Peucedanum turgeniifolium Wolff）为伞形科前胡属植物，药用全草，能宣散风热，祛痰镇咳，下气；治感冒，咳嗽，痰稠，头痛及胸闷等症。其化学成分未见报道，为此我们对全草的化学成分进行了研究。

Abstract:The total plant of Peucedanum turgeniifolium Wolff were extracted with methanol and the extract was chromatographed over alumina. Five dihydroseselin type coumarins were obtained. The structure of three new coumarins of them, respectively named turgeniifolin A (Ⅰ), turgeniifolin B (Ⅱ), turgeniifoselin　C (Ⅲ), were determined by chemical and spectroscopic data (UV, IR, MS,PMR and CMR).
