摘 要 ：目的：观察解酒肝康颗粒对酒精性脂肪肝大鼠脂质代谢的影响。方法：用酒精性脂肪肝模型，观察不同剂量的解酒肝康颗粒对血脂代谢、肝内脂代谢、能量及氧化损伤程度的影响。结果：解酒肝康颗粒可使酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血甘油三酯（TG）,低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C），丙二醛（MDA）水平显著降低，肝内组织内糖原（Gn），MDA含量显著降低，超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性显著升高。结论：其药物高、中、低剂量之间在药效作用强度上存在一定的剂量依赖关系。

Abstract:Objective: Jiejiu Gankang granule had been observed the effect on the model of the alcohol-fatty-liver about mice on lipid metabolism. Method: There was the model of alcohol-fatty-liver adopted in this experiment. The effect had been observed of Jiejiu Gankang granule in different dosages on blood-lipoid metabolism, intrahepatic-lipoid metabolism, energy metabolism or and oxidative damage degree. Result: Jiejiu Gankang granule can decrease the level of TG, LDL, MDA in blood obviously. It can decrease the content of Gn, MDA and improve the level of SOD in liver obviously. Conclusion: There was some reference of dosage dependence on the intensity of potency action in high, middle and low dosage of this drug.
