摘 要 ：目的：综述梓醇的药效学和化学转化研究进展,为梓醇及其衍生物的开发和利用提供参考。方法：总结有代表性的文献,从药效学和化学转化入手,对梓醇的研究现状加以归纳。结果：梓醇是地黄等中药材主要的有效成分,具有广泛的药理作用和丰富的来源。结论：应充分利用我国资源优势,加大对其的研究力度,为开发新的治疗药物奠定基础。

Abstract:Catalpol is a active component in Rehmannia Root, and its pharmacological effects are extensive. In this paper its effects and chemical changes were summarized. This will offer the reference for further research work catalpol.
