摘 要 ：目的:建立莪术中莪术醇的含量测定方法。方法:采用气相色谱方法,HP-5(0.32 mm×30 m,0.25μm)石英弹性毛细管柱,进样口温度200℃,氢火焰检测器(FID)250℃,不分流,柱流量1.0 mL.min^-1;程序升温:初始60℃,保持4 min,以3℃.min^-1升至210℃。结果:莪术醇在40.0～2 000μg.mL^-1具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 7,高,低浓度加样回收率分别为95.01%(RSD 2.52%),96.46%(RSD 2.86%)。结论:本方法准确可靠,重复性好,样品处理较简单。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method to determine the content of Curcumol in Rhizoma Curcumae.Method: The samples were determined by GC on a HP-5 column(0.32 mm×30 m,0.25 μm),Inlet temperature 200 ℃,FID 250 ℃,flow 1.0 mL·min^-1,splitless.Temperature programming started at 60 ℃,holding for 4 min,then increased to 210 ℃ at a rate of 3 ℃·min^-1.Result: The calibration curve of curcumol is linear over the range of 40.0-2 000 μg·mL^-1,r=0.999 7.The high and low additive recovery were 95.01%(RSD 2.52%),96.46%(RSD 2.86%).Conclusion: This method was accurate and reliable with a good reproducibility,and the procedure of samples pretreatment is simple.
