摘 要 ：目的:研究知母挥发油的化学成分。方法:对知母根茎经过水蒸气蒸馏所得的挥发油,运用GC-MS技术,计算机检索结合人工解析对其化学成分进行了分析和鉴定。用峰面积归一法计算了各个组分的相对含量。结果:分离鉴定了其中24个化合物,占挥发油总量的70.83%。结论:知母挥发油的化学成分主要为:醛类(31.15%)、萜类及其氧化物(20.66%)、烷烃及其含氧取代物(8.35%)、呋喃杂环化合物(6.41%)、非萜醇类(4.26%)。含量在3%以上的化合物有12个,其中以龙脑含量最高(9.35%)。

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the rhizome of Anemarrhena asphodeloides.Method: The volatile oil was steam distillation.Chemical constituents were separated and analyzed by GC-MS.The relative content of each component was determined by area nomalization.Result:[WTBZ] 24 volatile compounds were isolated and identified for the first time,representing 70.83% of the total oil.Conclusion: The main constituents of this oil were aldehydes(31.15%),terpene and their oxide(20.66%),alkyls(8.35%),Furan heterocyclic compounds(6.41%),non terpene alcohol(4.26%).There are 12 compounds with contents over 3%.Among them,borneol has the highest content(9.35%).
