摘 要 ：综述了急性肾功能衰竭（ＡＲＦ）病理模型的原理及实验研究方法。着重介绍了大鼠甘油致ＡＲＦ模型、犬去甲肾上腺素ＡＲＦ模型、夹闭犬肾动脉引起的ＡＲＦ模型、汞剂引起的动物ＡＲＦ模型和庆大霉素的ＡＲＦ模型等５种方法。

Abstract:This　paper　reports　the　methodological　study　on　the　following　five　pathological　models　of　acute　renal　failure(ARF):①glycerine induced　ARF　in　rats;②noradrenaline induced　ARF　in　dogs;③ARF　model　caused　by　shutting　left　renal　artery　in　dogs;④hydrargyrism induced　ARF　in　rabbits;　and　⑤gentamycin induced　ARF　in　rats.
