摘 要 ：采用Lichrosorb5RP-18柱,甲醇-水-冰乙酸(65:35:5)为流动相,332nm检测,建立了HPLC测定芫花中芫花素含量的方法,加样回收率为95.46%,RSD为1.15%,测得芫花中芫花素的含量为0.1555%。

Abstract:In this paper, the method for determining genkwanin in Flos Genkwa was established by HPLC. De-tected at 332nm on a Lichrosorb 5 RP-18 column with a mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid (65: 35: 5),thecontent of genkwanin in Flos Genkwa was determined to be 0.16%. The recovery rate was 95.46% and RSD1. 15%.
