摘 要 ：通过培养的兔主动脉平滑肌细胞（ＳＭＣ）氚 胸腺嘧啶核苷掺入量和培养液中超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）、前列环素（ＰＧＩ_２）及环磷酸腺苷（ｃＡＭＰ）的测定，观察了大蒜素对ＳＭＣ增殖的影响。结果表明：大蒜素有抑制ＳＭＣ增殖的作用，其作用呈剂量依赖关系。大蒜素可能通过增加ＳＯＤ活性，降低ＬＰＯ水平，升高ＰＧＩ_２，ｃＡＭＰ水平（Ｐ均＜０．０５～０．０１），从而抑制ＳＭＣ增殖。

Abstract:The　effects　of　allitridum　on　the　proliferation　of　cultured　rabbit　aortic　smooth　muscle　cells (SMC) were　studied　with　SMC　incorporation　data　of ³H thymidine(³H TdR) and　contents　of　superoxide　dismutase(SOD),lipid　peroxide(LPO),prostacyclin(PGI₂)and　cyclic　adenosine　monophosphate(cAMP)in　medium.The　results　showed　that　allitridum　could　inhibit　SMC　proliferation　by　increasing　SOD　activity,decreasing　LPO,raising　PGI₂　and　cAMP(all　P<0.05～0.01),and　the　inhibitory　action　was　accompanied　by　the　dose effect　relation.
