摘 要 ：对镇脑宁胶囊中天麻的天麻素含量进行高效液相色谱法测定。方法灵敏度高,重现性好,回收率为98.8%,相对标准偏差为2.5%。
Abstract:This paper reports the detemination of gastrodin by means of HPLC method.The results show that this method is sensitive,acurate and specific.Therecovery of gastrodin is 98.8% with RSD 2.5%.
