摘 要 ：应用一阶导数光谱法测定骆驼蓬片中总生物碱的含量，可在不经分离的情况下排除背景干扰，直接测定总碱含量，方法简便、准确、可靠，实验回收率为１００．４５％，ＲＳＤ为０．８９％。.

Abstract:In this paper,total alkaloids in luotuopeng Tablets are determined by 1 st order derivative spec-trophotometry,in which process no separation is necesary for the elimination of background interference.This method is simple,acurate and reliable.The average recovery is 100.5% with RSD0.89%.
