摘 要 ：通过不同浓度的赤毒素GA3或细胞分裂素6-BA结合沙藏,对北柴胡和三岛柴胡种子进行处理,得出了促进2种柴胡种子萌发的最佳方法。
Abstract:The seeds of Bupleurum chinense and B. falcatum were treated first by GA3 or 6-BA in different con-centrations and then by sand. The best method for promoting their germination has been developed.
