摘 要 ：８种红景天属植物经甲醇提取，用硅胶ＧＦ_２５４,薄层板，氯仿-甲醇-水（２６∶１４∶３）为展开剂，分离红景天甙，以紫外分光光度法，在波长２２３.８ｎｍ处测定了红景天甙的含量。１０～２００μｇ范围内呈良好线性关系。

Abstract:Quantitative　determination　of　the　salidroside　in　eight　Rhodiola　species　by　TLC UV　spectrometry　is　reported.The　salidroside　was　separated　on　a　silica　GF₂₅₄TLC　plate　using　CHCl₃CH₃OH-H₂O(26∶14∶3)　as　developing　solvent　and　determined　at　wavelength　223.8nm.The　results　show　that　this　method　in　simple　and　convenient.
