摘 要 ：应用荧光法测定了盐酸小檗碱对白蛋白的荧光猝灭作用;由Lineweaver-Burk双倒数作图法,得出了盐酸小檗碱与白蛋白的解离常数为1.73×10^-5mol/L。

Abstract:Fluorescence method has been used to observe the fouorescence quenching of human serum albumin (HSA) by its interaction with bcrberine hydrochloride (BH). The interaction dissoriation constants of HSA and BHhave been determined from a double reeiprocal Linewetiver-Burk plot (Kd=1.73×10^-5 mol/L).
