摘 要 ：从医学基础、原理到方法综述了对慢性肾功能衰竭（ＣＲＦ）的药效学研究的设计和方法，着重介绍了大鼠腺嘌呤ＣＲＦ模型，大鼠５／６肾切除ＣＲＦ模型，小鼠电凝摘除肾等常用动物病理模型。

Abstract:This　paper　deals　with　a pharmacodynamic　study　on　the　chronic　renal　failur(CRF),The　model　of　adenine induced　CRF　in　rats,the　CRF　model　caused　by　5/6　nephrectomy　in　rats　and　the　model　of　mouse　with　sequential　electrocoagulation　of　the　right　renal　cortex　and　the　left　nephrectomy 　induced　CRF　have　been　especially　introduced.
