摘 要 ：唐·孙思邈《备急千金要方》的定志丸在防治记忆障碍作用上较《太平惠民和剂局方》记载的定志丸为佳。茯苓、远志、石菖蒲有协同人参之作用。《和剂局方》中的朱砂未见有改善学习记忆障碍的作用,故无组成方剂意义。

Abstract:The Ding Zhi Pills described in"Thousand-Golden-Prescriptions" have better memory improving ef-fect than those described in"Prescriptions People‘s Welfare Pharmacy". A combination of Poria, Radix Polygalae andRhizoma Acori Graminei could enhance the pharmacologic effect of Radix Ginseng. Cinnabaris, described in "Pre-scriptions People‘s welfare Pharmacy" ,as one of the compositions in Ding Zhi Pills, does not improve the impairmentof learning and memory, and therefore seems to have no meaning in the Ding Zhi Pills.
