摘 要 ：西洋参茎叶皂甙1.2mg/ml对NE,KCl,CaCl₂收缩兔主动脉条的量效曲线呈非竞争性拮抗,并能明显抑制NE引起的主动脉条依细胞内及细胞外Ca²⁺收缩。其作用性质与维拉帕米相似。

Abstract:It has been found out that the saponins from stems and leaves of Panax,quinque folium(PQS)cannon-competitively antagonize the dose-response curves of norepinephrine(NE),potassium chloride and calcium chlo-ride on the isolated aortic strips of rabbits, and obviously inhibit intracellular and extracellular Ca²⁺-dependent con-traction of the aortic strips induced by NE. These effects of PQS are similar to verapamil.
