摘 要 ：用3%海藻酸钠固定盾叶薯蓣悬浮细胞,在MS+2,4-D1.0mg/L+6-BA0.lmg/L培养液中常温振荡培养较长时间后,培养液提取物经TLC检测,表明该系统分泌出盾叶薯蓣主要成分──薯蓣皂甙元,但不能连续分泌。

Abstract:The suspension cells of D. zingiberensis were immobilized with 3% sodium alginate,and then cultured in MS+2,4-DI. 0+ 6-BA 0. 1 at 25℃ for a long period of time. The culture fluid free from cells was extracted and analyzed byTLC.The result showed that the immobilized ceils could secrete the main component of D. zingiberensis ——diosgen-in, but not consecutively.
