摘 要 ：对50多种中药在不同溶剂中的提取物,进行体外抗脂质过氧化作用的研究,观察了药物对亚油酸自动空气氧化的抑制作用,获得甘草、厚朴、生姜等数种具有较强抗氧化性能的中药。

Abstract:The antioxidative effect of more than 50 ethanol extracts of Chinese drugs were studied on the air oxidation of linoleic acid. Several ethanol extracts such as Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Magnolia officinalis and Zingiber officinale etc., were found having stronger antioxidative effect.
