摘 要 ：本草是具有中国特色的传统药学,是内容广泛,包括当前称为“中药学”在内,与医学密切联系,有系统理论和宝贵实践经验的一门学问。现今,本草仍然对祖国医药卫生工作有着重要现实意义。

Abstract:Being the typical traditional Chinese pharmacy closely related with medicine, Bencao is a knowledge of extensive contents including what is presently Called Chinese materia medica. It also has a systematic theory and valuable experience of practice. Today Bencao is still of practical significance for medical and health work in our country.
