Abstract:The article describes the effnctiveness of compatible application of heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs with bloodcirculation improving drugs to the animal model with endotoxemia and nonspecific inflammation。The compatible appli-cation reduces PGE2,endotoxin blood concentration and reduced viqcosity of whole blood,decreases Evans blue ex-travasation volume and pes swelling percentage,increases serum cortisol content and enhances fibrinolytic activity.Theexperimental result shows that in most cases these two drugs work better when used in combination which implies thatcompable application is more effective in detoxlfication,antiinflamination and inflammation recovery。
