摘 要 ：采用差示导数光谱法测定金银花及银翘解毒片中总绿原酸的含量。该法以钨酸钠为反应试剂,以绿原酸为标准品,不经任何分离便可直接测定,方法可靠,稳定,灵敏度高。其平均回收率为100.4%,变异系数为1.82%。

Abstract:The total chlorogenic acid in Lonicera japonica and Yinqiao Jiedu Plan was determined by differential derivative spectrophotometry in this paper.Ouantitative analysis this component in eight mixtures of medicinal herbs can be done withont any separation. The average recovery of total chlorogenic acid is 100.40±1.82%(CV).The method features good reproducibility, favorable stability and high sensitivity.
