Abstract:The results showed that after mice were administrated with Cistanche deserticola,the duration of swimming was prolonged, and the increase of serum creative kinase was inhibited after exercises. Moreover,in the skeletal muscle ultrastructures it was found that after loaded swimming the glycogen became rich, and hyperplasia and hypertrophy of mitochondria occurred without any injury to myofibril.
