摘 要 ：以不同浓度的党参提取液作用于大白鼠心肌细胞,结果表明PDE活性受到不同程度的抑制,cAMP水解减少,含量增加。作用于兔血小板后,随药物浓度增加,CaM活性抑制率增大。

Abstract:Extracts of different concentrations from Codimopsls pdosula were administered to the myocardial cells of rats,and the results indicated that the activity of PDE was inhibited in different wavs,and that cAMP was less hvdrolyredand increased in contents. When the extract was administered to the PRP of rabbits,the inhibiting rate of CaM activi-tv rose with the increase of concentration in the extract.
