全 文 ：　　Objective:To explore the pro tective effect and possible mechanism of Ginsenoside Rg1 on PC12 cells apoptosis induced by dopamine.
Methods:In this study , w e used PC12 cells as cell model.Apoptosis was induced by DA at the ranges of the contents of 0 、0.15 、0.30、
0.45 and 0.60mmol/ L , respectively.Here we detected the subdiploid peak with flow cy tometry.Nitrite w as quantified by the G riess reac-
tio n.The effects of Ginsenoside Rg1 on PC12 cells were examined through to detect the subdiploid peak and nitrite.Results:The ratios of
apoptosis induced by DA were respectively 1.61 ±0.18 、40.60±1.74 、46.67±1.45、54.49 ±1.61 and 64.39 ±1.60%, significantly
higher than those of the Rg1 pro tective group (0.73±0.11、1.16±0.09、1.35±0.07 、1.53±0.10 and 1.61±0.12%, P<0.01).The
levels of nitrite(1.82±0.05 、3.57±0.02、8.82±0.04、18.00±0.07 and 27.34±0.09umol/ L)in DA group w ere significantly higher
than those of the Rg1 pro tective group(1.00±0.07、1.36±0.07 、1.25±0.04、3.39±0.11 and 3.82±0.11μmol/ L%, respectively , P
<0.01).Conclusion:The high levels o f NO formation might be a impor tant signaling molecule that DA induced PC12 cells apoptosis.The
G insenoside Rg1 could inhibit NO formation and prevent PC12 cells from apoptosis induced by DA.

新疆党参 、潞党参对肠道影响

　　提　要　新疆党参与潞党参 ig 均使脾虚小鼠体重增加 ,体温亦有回升趋势 。 ig能抑制小鼠在体肠推进运动 , 对离体兔肠自律
性运动亦有抑制作用 ,其 IC50分别为 0.2889g/ ml和 0.1138g/ ml。

参同属植物 ,本文比较了二者对肠蠕动和脾虚小鼠的作用。
1　材料
1.1　试验药物　新疆党参由中药民族药研究所自伊犁州采
得 ,潞党参由新疆药材公司市售 , 两者水煎药液浓度均为
200%。人参健脾丸 , 新疆中药总厂生产 ,批号 970122。
1.2　动物　小鼠由新疆流行病研究所实验动物中心提供 , [ 新
医动字(94)-第 16001号] 。
2　方法与结果
2.1　对小鼠肠蠕动的影响　小鼠 40 只依体重随机均分 5 组 ,
连续 ig 给药 6天 ,于第 7 天 ig 前禁食 12h , ig 1.5 小时后 ig 5%
炭末混悬液 0.5ml , 20min 后处死动物 , 测量炭末推进百分率。
结果新疆党参 、潞党参均明显地抑制小鼠肠蠕动 ,见表 1。

2.2　对离体免肠的影响　兔 6 只 , 击头致昏 ,立即剖腹 , 取十二
指肠放人台氏液中 , 将肠管剪成 1.5 ～ 2.0cm 的肠段备用。 取
一肠段放入盛有 16ml台氏液的麦氏浴槽内 , 将肠管上端与 JH-
18 肌张力传感器相连 , 传感器与二道生理记录仪相连 , 肠管下
端固定于麦氏浴槽底部 ,充氧。超级恒温水浴温度控制在 37℃
±0.5℃, 待肠管收缩稳定 20min 后 ,描记正常收缩曲线 ,依次在
麦氏浴槽内加入不同剂量的新疆党参及潞党参 , 记录收缩曲线
变化。结果 ,新疆党参 、潞党麦均具有抗胆碱作用 , 对离体兔肠
自律性收缩抑制作用的 IC50分别是 0.2889g/ml和 0.1138g/ml。
2.3　对脾虚小鼠的影响　小鼠 48 只依体重分 6 组 ,连续 ig 给
药14 天 ,同时每隔一天试验组动物 ig 一次 100%大黄液 0.5ml/
20g ,连续 5次。于末次给药后称重 , 测定动物肛温。 结果潞党
参及新疆党参均使脾虚小鼠体重增加 , 且使脾虚小鼠体温有所
回升 ,见表 2。

3　讨论
　　新疆党参 、潞党参对小鼠在体肠蠕动均具显著的抑制作
用 , 对离体兔体肠平滑肌亦有抑制的作用 , 其 IC50分别为
0.2889g/ml和 0.1138g/ml , 两者均可使脾虚小鼠体重增加 , 提
示新疆党参可能具有潞党参相似的功效。
