摘 要 ：水芹甲醇提取物ｉｖ可显著对抗心肌缺血引起的心律失常，缩小心肌梗塞面积，同时可明显地对抗心肌缺血再灌注引起的心律失常。水芹甲醇提取物（100ｍg/kg）可明显降低血浆中脂质过氧化产物丙二醛的含量，保护超氧化物歧化酶的活性。

Abstract:The methanolic extract Oenanthe stolonifera iv ,pretreatment can significantly prevent the arrhythmias induced bymyocardial isehemia and reduce the myocardial infarct size in rats. It can also markedly prevent myocardial ischemiaand reperfusion-induced arrhythmias. In addition, the methanolic extract of Oenanthe stolonifera( 100mg/kg iv. )helpssignificantly to decrease the MDA content and preserve the SOD activity in plasma.
